A funny Pic lmao

Hello, It's been quite a while lol. Snow is finally melting and is done for sure. It's been quite a while since I wrote anything lol "Technically been like 5 days since the last post lol"

Not much is going on except I am nearly done leveling Dark Knight and after that am leveling Gun Breaker. I also learned how to access each major Blue Mage spell that will help level up to 50. That one is going to take a lot of time lol.

Freaking excited for FFXIV Patch 7.18 which will be released on the 25th of February. So that way I can finally repeatedly reap the rewards.

The Things I kinda want in 2025

This section is just all about the stuff I want in 2025

1000 Watt Power Station + 200 watt solar panels

Maybe build a solar system?

However, living in the Pacific Northwest, sunshine only lasts from June through October. And when it hits winter, you know it's just going to be cloudy, or if lucky, around January, there might be some sun. But for the last couple of days, it's been sunny and overcast.

The last but most I need is more storage

Storage storage storage

I am a storage hog. Having more storage is the most important thing for me. I do keep at least 2-3 backups just in case the micro SD cards get easily wiped or break on me.

How's the PC upgrade doing?

I would say ever since upgrading from the 3600x to a 5800x. It is such an odd upgrade that I just think I am going to stay on the DDR4 platform my mini ITX pc breaks lol.

Might need more lol...

Since the 3600x is stuck under my bed cover in dust, I could spend at least another 450 dollars in parts to replace the Arch Linux q6600 pc lol...

Man! That q6600 is a beast on boot-up. I don't game on it but I download videos on it on Yt-dlp "Youtuber downloader program on the command line on Linux" It's the only for me to get 1080P videos from YouTube since Y2mate is now just locking you on 360P or 720P.

Upgrade or not to upgrade

With the next-generation GPU advancements and everything AMD is doing, I’m satisfied with my current setup, haha. The only game I’ve been playing and still playing is Final Fantasy XIV, and the RTX 3060 Ti performs excellently at 3440x1440 resolution, running at 60 fps on normal settings. I've had this graphics card since May 2022, so it’s been about three years now, even though it was released around December 2020. It’s still a high-end card with 8 GB of memory, and if you're playing games from the good old days up until 2021, you should be just fine.

Meaning I ain't gonna upgrade anytime soon

I freaking love my Steam deck.

I have to admit, I'm a hardcore Steam Deck gamer. I love having the device in my hands. It's fantastic because my parents won't complain about a large computer being turned on. With the Steam Deck, I can play games anywhere and anytime around my home. Final Fantasy XIV runs smoothly at 45 fps, and I can't wait for the next-gen version to come out!

If the Z2 chip's performance is good this year I be willing to play FFXIV on those fancy Windows handheld PC.

Yeah, I play on Handheld more than my large PC nowadays.
