OMFG I was pretty much foretold the future of the Xbox lol...
That one blog was from 2017, the moment the Xbox announced its Xbox One X console, and the idea of playing Xbox titles anywhere on any device. It's crazy to me that the Xbox pretty much lost the console race lol. Leaving Nintendo and the Sony PlayStation as the forerunners of it all.
But they had already planned for this 2 years ago, "2023" from leaks that weren't really supposed to be out, thanks to the courtroom from the Blizzard and Activision merger lawsuit.

ASUS XBOX ROG ALLY X "Yes, it's a tongue Twister" was not receiving high praise nor critical reception in any capacity. Some find it particularly effective in resolving Windows issues within Microsoft's own Steam Game Mode. Sadly, due to its price and not much like the Steam Deck, paying $ 1,000 is a hard pill to swallow. But for those YouTube Influencers who got it free, they said it does well as it is intended, but not good enough for $999.
It is no surprise that the Steam Deck has the best software to counter the Windows Handheld Market. Not because it's running on Linux, but you can Hard cap your FPS at 40-45FPS and not worry about the FPS juggling up and down. Plus, it has a lot of buttons!!!! And it's freaking 550 plus tax, total is around 599 on the OLED 512GB. You just can't beat it tbh lol..
The PS1 beat the N64
The PS2 is the highest-selling console ever.
The XBOX was kinda in the right direction; however, it only had a short lifespan, 2001-2005.
The XBOX 360 was to me a memorable console since I played GTA4 on it.
The PS3 turned it around and outsold the Xbox 360 when it started behind.
I would say both PS3 and XBOX 360 had good games
The PS4 killed the Xbox One and Wii U with ease -
The PS5 is now the only surviving high-end console in the market. Nintendo went with a low-end hybrid handheld strategy.
The PS remains the LAST STANDING viable traditional console in the market. Sega, Nintendo, and Xbox all had to change strategies to remain active in gaming.
The next-gen Xbox is rumored to be $1000-1500, coming in 2027 - High-end & expensive - No paywalled multiplayer. It will offer a console UI, but it is a full Windows device. - Will offer Steam & access to all Steam games. Backward compatible with all Xbox games. Becoming a Hybrid PC console.
Meanwhile, AMD's biggest leaker believes PS6 will be $600. Pretty much half the price but similar in performance. And with the upcoming PS6 Handheld, Rumors suggest it's gonna be better in performance and uhh lol half the price lol haha.
The worst of it all for XBOX is having Halo 1 Remake/Remaster coming to the PS5 lmao hahaha. OMFG..
