A very good 1st season
Hey there, going to do a quick overview on what Person of Interest season 1 is and what the 23 episodes are like, and who the main heroes are, and a somewhat main villain.
I had seen the first episode a very very long time ago around 2011?, but I never really thought about it until COVID came around and I started watching clips of it. After watching small clips for two years, on January 8-10, I decided to give it a shot and speedrun the first season. I would say that it's a really good 1st season. Even though it's just like any other tv show.
The whole plot of the story is that Harold Finch created an AI computer to help fight the bad guys at every turn. It's up to John Reese and his friends to fight the bad guys. The computer gives them the number of people in Social Security, and they have to figure out who's the bad guy and how to defeat them to keep that person safe.
The main Heroes
John Reese is an ex-agent who fought the bad guys but ended up being homeless because his wife passed away due to complications that occurred. They called him the Man in the Suit. What's really interesting is that his height makes it look charming for him, and his face shows really raw, silent emotions.
The cool part is when they talk through their tiny earpiece.
It be cool but how the heck can you get that out of your ear lol? or like someone telling "Hey who u talking too? lmao haha
Harold Finch is a man who created an AI Computer for New York to combat terrorism, but he goes too far when he now knows everything about you through Numbers. We do soon find out that He did bump into him when John Reese wife Passed away when he was in a wheel Chair. He also Left his wife lol as well haha.
Along the way, John Reese teams with two people in the 1st season.
The first person he relied on was a crooked cop whom he met in the first episode. John didn't unalive him but kept him. Lionel Fusco ended up being a friend and helper whenever Reese needed it the most.
The last person in the alley is Joss Carter, an NYPD officer whom he met in the first episode. In the mid-season," Like around episode 14 and onwards, Reese and Finch tell everything about their job and why they really need her help.
At first, she thinks he's crazy, but as information is coming through. She understood what was going on and decided to help them whenever they needed it the most, even though it's not really ethical. We also learn that she was a former US Army soldier who tried to do the right thing but felt like she didn't keep her promise.
The main recurring mid-season villain is Carl Elias, he's like the bad and good guy, quite a vicious person unless it fits his motto.
Most bad guys are mostly just people from the low and high end. Sometimes it's from the CIA or bad cops.
Even though some are the bad guys, they can be the good guys as well.
I would say that overall, you should give it a try at least if you saw clips of it .
Fun Facts
Fun Fact: The actor who played John Reese actually played Jesus in that movie, The Passion of the Christ, and that other movie called something u have heard of on the internet called Sound of Freedom?.
And also numerous films, if you have seen his Filmography Wikipedia page. Yeah, I do like the actor, but I'm not really interested in his personal life whatsoever.
Taraji P. Henson, on the other hand, left season 3 because she felt uncomfortable, so she just left. This leads to her character being unalive, leaving John Reese with guilt for not having the chance to save her at all.
Michael Emerson, the guy who plays Finch, is somewhat a typecast character because there was this horror movie clip that I saw, it's hecka funny that his mannerisms are just like Finch in Person of Interest lol idk maybe it's his own Character I guess lol?
Believe it or not, he's freaking 71. OMG, he looks really Young in 2026? Lol Like bro check out this ET interview between his Wife and himself lol He looks hecka young at his age lol..
