3 more days until Patch 7.5 Part 2: Trail to the heavens. The finale of the DawnTrail Storylines.
What a crazy 2 1/2 years.
This patch will be the final patch until 8.0. Basically, we have to wait for 4 months; maybe we will get EverCold in mid or late January?
Beast Master will be the new limited job. Sadly, that job will be leveled up to level 50.
Next, this patch will unlock all sorts of rewards that were limited per week.
Meaning it’s time to grind and upgrade your gear for all your jobs.I am excited for this patch cuz I haven't really played this game as much as I wanted to. I've only been waiting for the patch story; I didn't want to grind on Tombstone items or grind any of the alliance raid coins when it is locked. Meaning, when this patch goes live, I can finally grind as many coins as I can and more tombstones instead of waiting for every Tuesday reset.
The Tombstone will have two events. The first will start this Wednesday; the second half could be happening around November until 8.0
Rewards this time around are really good
My overall thoughts on DawnTrail
There was a half-and-half reaction to how the story went in 7.0; some loved it, and some hated it.
For myself, I still love the overall structure of the story. I believe it went well, but there were a few hiccups.
Luk Wamat is not the main focus anymore, but I hope we will see her goodbyes for the final time.
I love how during the MSQ it does show each moment that leads to the Normal Raids and
Alliance raids. And be like, ohh wow, what's going on with that, or like how the guy fell and we saw
him surviving the fall like in Tekken 4 lmao.
Post patches were really good. The raid and alliance raids were really good stories. They were a good epilogue story.
People Do Like The Swtich Version
The crazy part is that New and Returning players are excited for this game once again. The Switch version, from what I heard, is an excellent port of the game. You don't lose anything except that it's like RE9 performance. Meaning that the FPS will go up and down. It doesn't have
Although the Steam Deck is the best version, the Switch is $499, while the Steam Deck is OMFG expensive at $899.
The crazy part of all this is that FFXIV Mobile is shutting down later this month lmao.

My thoughts towards the end of the storyline of Dawntrail
I am very curious about how it will end. Will the 9th die in it, or will we kinda leave it as is? Will it end with us being on the ship going through the 4th, or is that reserved for the end of Evercold as a way to tell us that it was just the beginning? My whole mind and body are full of excitement, and I may cry in my sleep when we all see the ending.
